Coach Dana Altman would not say much about the suspension of junior guard P’Allen Stinnett, other than the fact that he is indeed suspended for conduct that is unacceptable to the team.

It has been reported that Stinnett did not practice with the team on Monday as they prepare for Wednesday’s road trip to Bradley. Stinnett was given a technical foul in Sunday’s victory against Missouri State following a fast break dunk, however Stinnett also returned to play later in the second half.

Stinnett has a history of acquiring technical fouls, tallying nine in his previous two and a half seasons as a Bluejay. It is unknown how long the suspension will last although it appears Stinnett will not be part of the team when they travel to Peoria on Wednesday.

Coach Altman went on to say that he has no additional comment on the matter at this time.
