The Jays beat St. Louis University 69-58 Friday night at the D.J. Sokol Arena. The Jays never trailed in the victory.
Senior forward Megan Neuvirth scored a season-high 20 points in the game, while two other Jays topped personal bests. Freshman guard Ally Jensen had a career-high 11 points, and junior forward Sam Schuett had a career-high four blocked shots. Schuett also tallied team-high nine rebounds and 11 points.
The Jays return to action Wednesday at Nebraska. Nebraska is undefeated this season. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
