At 1 a.m. Monday, Creighton junior Eric Nippoldt was confronted by three men outside his off-campus residence at 31st and Chicago Streets. He was shot once in the chest and was rushed to the hospital.
In response to the shooting Micah White, Creighton Students Union president; Zach Rosol, Interfraternity Council president; and Jess May, Panhellenic Council president, will be heading-up a discussion panel this Wednesday at 8 p.m. in the Harper Center Ballroom. The panel will consist of representatives from the university and the city of Omaha.
