So I thought I would follow the trend my last blog set and give you another blog entry on a special upcoming day. The next one to mark in your planners is on Monday, September 28th – Ask a Stupid Question Day. This is a day dedicated to all those stupid questions you think in your head but are afraid to ask out loud. You know, the ones that usually start with, “This is a might be a question but…” Even though teachers have always told us that there’s no such thing as a stupid question, we all know that that’s a lie!
According to Holiday Insights, this special day first started in the 1980’s. The teachers at the time wanted kids to ask more questions in the classrooms since most children wouldn’t ask all their questions because they didn’t want to be teased. So, teachers created this day to help facilitate the asking of all questions.
SO, on Monday, don’t hesitate, let your questions loose! Find those answers! Ask a stupid question.
Have fun!
