This week there was an interesting article about entertainment news in Omaha. The story that caught my eye was an article about Alexander Payne, a native of Omaha and his next hollywood project.
Payne has directed such movies as “Election”, “About Schmidt” and “Sideways”, some of my favorite films. Its been five years since his last film, but the article mentions the different projects he has been working on. For example, he directed the pilot episode of the HBO series “Hung” this past. It also gives details about the upcoming film he is working on. It’s a very interesting article about how far his career has come.
