Review:
Whether you’re at a bar or a house party, vodka tends to be a component of a drinking night. And the next day, there is often a craving for something greasy, like bacon.
While eating bacon the morning after can make you feel better, drinking bacon-flavored vodka doesn’t have quite the same effect. However, for people who are a fan of both vodka and bacon, the combination is a welcomed one.
When I took a shot of this brew, my brain was discombobulated. I knew I just drank vodka, and I felt the vodka burn going down my esophagus, but my mouth had the intense taste of bacon.
After my first shot, I had to let my brain work through the confusion, but once it did, I was definitely ok with what I just downed. Being a fan of bacon, I loved the aftertaste. I actually liked the bacon aftertaste better than the vodka aftertaste, which is something I don’t like.
Bacon infused vodka isn’t for the faint of heart. This drink will put a little hair on your chest, but in a good way.
I recommend only taking one shot of bacon vodka at a time. More than one and your stomach might boycott.
