What will you take with you from your experience at CU?

“On the face of it, this question feels like it should be a simple one. The most obvious responses appear to be something akin to my friendships or my education; however, as with most things, the answer is more complex than that. Ultimately, I think I will take with me a mixture of memories, which define so much of who we are, and gratitude, something that encapsulates both my educational experience and the friendships that I have been lucky enough to grow in while at Creighton.”

What’s one of your favorite memories from your time at CU?

“My Encounter experience during my junior year was, for lack of a better word, unforgettable. I have found myself consistently amazed at how many wonderful people there are at this school and that weekend served as a powerful reminder of that fact.”

What will you miss most?

“I have been trying to avoid clichés for this answer, but to no avail. The people are who I will miss most. We have a wonderful community here and it is one that is difficult to leave behind.”

Arts & Sciences senior Adam Lomas will stay in Omaha to teach at Creighton Prep in the fall, but will miss the student community at Creighton.
