1.) College of Business preps for symposium 

Today, the Creighton College of Business will be hosting it’s ninth annual business symposium at the Century Link Center Omaha. They will be hosting high school students from across the nation interested in business, as well as keynote speakers, including Peter Leddy, Ph.D., senior vice president and head of Global Human Resources at Life Technologies.

 

2.) Local attorneys guide current law students as they transition 

The Women’s Law Student Association and Nebraska Women’s Bar Association joined forces to connect 2L and 3L students with local female attorneys. This mentoring program strives to assist and support current law studentsas they enter the working world and their respective legal professions. Thus far, 20 student and female attorney pairs have been made.
